We are a little different when it comes to camps at Hello Dancer! We focus on the experience and making sure that every single minute is absolutely Magical and SO MUCH FUN!
Hello Dancer camps are nothing like any other, and we are going to fill the studio with so much dancing and creative fun it will be WILDLY WONDERFUL! There will be SOOOOOOO many smiles you won’t be able to contain your pure joy!!!! ;)
All of the camps are filled with nonstop fun and adventures for all who have ever dreamed of creating something amazing and sliding down a rainbow and making the universe sparkle with happiness!!! Snacks, crafts and an absolutely magical time are all provided!!
16 spots per camp and 2 teachers on staff during the camp at all times! So we make it super personal and so much fun for the campers!
Holiday and Summer Camps
Holiday Camps are by the Day or the number of days in the Holiday Break and Summer Camps are Monday - Thursday from 9 - 12:30pm. You can elect to add on 30 extra minutes (til 1pm) for an additional cost.
Campers must be 3 years old by the start of the camp date and must be potty trained to attend.
Prior dance experience is not required or expected for any of the camps.

The Land of the Sweets (Nutcracker Thanksgiving Camp)
(Nov 23, 24th and 25th) - Central Studio (4410 Burnet)
Join us for a truly magical NUtcracker based - Land of the Sweets Thanksgiving Break Camp, where dreams sparkle, music swirls, and every dancer becomes a part of the Nutcracker! This enchanting camp invites dancers to step into a world of grace, imagination, and royal celebration.
Held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00am–12:30pm, (extra time available till 1pm):
• 💃 Elegant and joyful dancing inspired by Sugarplum twirls, graceful curtsies, and sweet flair
• 🩰 Nutcracker crafts and royal activities fit for Clara and Ratkings alike
• 🎶 Playful games and magical moments celebrating kindness, confidence, and friendship
• ✨ The Land of the Sweets ceremony, where each dancer officially dances with a Nutcracker.

CAMP INFO
Camp Days: Monday - Wednesday
Camp Times: 9am to 12:30pm (extended time to 1:00pm)
Ages: 3 years old (MUST BE 3 by the start of the camp) - 8 years old
*Must be Potty Trained and know how to communicate they need to use the potty
Price: Current Members of Hello Dancer * $75 Daily or *$215 (3 Days) (9am - 12:30pm) (add extended care $30 till 1pm) / Rates for those not currently with Hello Dancer * $80 Daily or *$225 (3 Days) (9am - 12:30pm) (add extended care $30 till 1pm)
$75 nonrefundable deposit (or one day of camp) holds you spot for the camp (you can pay via Portal or VENMO @hellodancer - Balance is due Nov 1st
After Nov 1st payment in Full is required when Booking a camp.

Summer Camps:
$275 Mon - Thursday 9-12:30pm
$325 Mon - Thursday 9 -1 pm
Camps are limited to 14 dancers per camp, and will be split into groups based on age.
Refund Policy
1. Camp Deposits
All camp deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amounts are as follows:
Holiday Camps: Equivalent to one (1) day of camp tuition
Summer Camps: $75 per camper
2. Tuition Balance & Refund Eligibility
The remaining balance for each camp will be automatically charged on the following schedule:
Holiday Camps: Charged on the 1st day of the month in which the camp occurs
June Summer Camps: Charged on May 1st
July Summer Camps: Charged on June 1st
If a participant withdraws after the balance has been charged, any refund issued will depend on whether the vacated spot is successfully filled by another dancer.
If the withdrawal occurs within fourteen (14) days of the camp start date, the maximum refund available is 50% of the total camp tuition, regardless of whether the spot is filled.
3. Discretionary Full Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, a full refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Hello Dancer management, based on the specific situation affecting the dancer’s ability to attend.
